Humans and humanoids: Anime style with soft or hard shading.
Feral and anthro: Anime or semi-realistic with hard or soft shading.I can also offer experimental styles in a "surprise me" kind of fashion, in which I will not actually stick to my usual method and might come up with something entirely different and unique just for you!Please read my terms of service to understand my work process and don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have!

FULL TERMS OF SERVICE

A comprehensive version of these terms of service is sent to PayPal for every transaction.
So please read them, as not doing it still binds you to them.Do NOT fill the feedback form included in the PayPal invoice as this will get both of us banned from the platform due to PayPal's new stance on art and art buyers.
Refer to section 1 item 2.5 for more info.

1- Payment , cancellation & refunds.

1) Sketching will start after 100% of the payment has been cleared, never before.2) Payments will be collected through PayPal invoice only. Do not request other methods unless offered by the artist (me).
2.5) IMPORTANT: Do NOT fill Paypal's customer survery included with the invoice. Do NOT mention anything regarding your purchase being a commission or the nature of it specially if its NSFW. PayPal is cracking down on artists, and anyone supporting what they consider "immoral" this will get BOTH of us BANNED even if you did not purchase anything considered adult!3) All sales are final. There are no refunds & no cancellations.4) There are no refunds for customer requested cancelations.
If the customer cancels their order there will be no refund issued, no matter if the order has not been started yet.5) Slot reservations are non refundable and a compromise. They can be reserved with a 50% downpayment of the total amount quoted.
The next payment deadline must not be greater than 28 days from the date of the reservation. Downpayments won't be refunded due to failure to pay the remaining amount.
Reservations are automatically cancelled if customer fails to pay on time and after 2 PayPal payment reminders get sent, they will not be refunded.6) Rudeness, lack of courtesy, entitlement, controlling behaviors and any sort of ill attitude on the customer's end, including but not limited to the listed examples will constitute an immediate cancellation of any ongoing projects with no right to refund.
Please be respectful towards me like I will be towards you.7) Exceptions: I will issue refunds under the following circumstances only:A) My personal situation (health, studies, work, extreme emergency, homelessness, etc) will not allow me to finish a project.B) The project exceeds my skill scope.

2 - Payment plans.

1) Payment plans start at 200USD.
(Starting at 300USD add one extra payment every 150USD).2) They must be made in payments of equal amounts each one being half of the total amount due.
(Ex: 200USD order = 2 payments of 100USD each).3) The deadline between each payment must not be greater than 28 days.4) Any modification to these rules must be discussed privately.
Sketching will start once the last payment has been cleared.5) The commission will be automatically cancelled with no refund for any already made payment if the customer fails to notify a delay in the following payment. There is a 10 days grace period after the deadline of 28 days is due, after 10 days have elapsed, the commission will be considered abandoned and the project cancelled. Money will not be returned, partially, or totally.

3 - Workflow & general info.

1) I work on a weekend basis, so I only work on commission projects during Saturdays and Sundays.2) I don't do deadlines, not even for a rush fee.3) I take anonymous commissions, but not private ones.
I will post my work as I see fit.4) I will not imitate any style per customer request.5) Lying about your age to get adult themed works will get you blacklisted.6) I will not provide any means of contact other than the ones already available.
Discord Server access is a Ko-Fi subscriber benefit only, and my Discord DMs are disabled since it's not the plataform I use to keep track of projects.7) I can refuse to draw anything that makes me personally uncomfortable, grosses me out or simply doesn't appeal to me.8) Finished artwork will be sent via email or cloud storage to prevent quality loss.

4- Corrections, complexity fees & extra character fees.

1) Extra characters cost 50% of the total price. If you want one of my OCs added the fee will be the same.2) There are 4 free major revisions while on sketch stage. An initial rough mockup sketch for the pose will be provided, once this is approved the pose cannot be changed.
WIPS are provided during the entire process, and drawover corrections are the most encouraged.
(Major revision: Changing the position of a limb, redrawing expression, redrawing pose either partially or totally (only while initial sketch has not been approved!), redrawing body parts, etc).3) There will not be major revisions during the lineart stage.4) Complex designs will have an overcharge of at least 50% above the total cost of the piece but this can be higher depending on the design.5) Characters with big wings have an extra cost of 25USD per pair of wings.6) Extra expression versions for the same piece are not normally offered due to the modifications required in lineart, shading and etc. Less complex extras can be discussed for a fee starting at 35% of the total price.7) Other extras will have an overcharge starting at 20% of the total price and it will go up depending on the complexity (zoom ins, other views, etc).

5- Fair personal use.

1) Do not heavily edit, modify, add filters, recolor or draw over my work.2) Cropping for avatars and other social media usage is fine.3) Don't erase my signature/credits, do not request for me to make them "less visible"4) Commercial usage is not allowed unless permission has been purchased (read next section for pricing).5) Printing for personal use is fine (mugs, pins, stickers, tapestry, etc).6) Please include direct links to my galleries when reposting my artwork anywhere.7) Commissioned linearts may be colored by other artists. But my credits, signature and URLS must remain fully visible and not be made less visible or dulled down in any way shape or form.

6- Source files & commercial rights.

1) Source files (.psd, .csp) cost 100USD/each, flat rate. This fee will be added to the total of the customer's order and must be requested along with the commission to be included in the invoice.2) Only formats available are .csp and .psd3) Commercial rights cost 350USD + commission price. Flat rate. Request at the start to be added to the invoice.4) Commercial right holders must be okay with disclosing links to online stores where merch with my art will be sold at.

7- Machine Learning (AI)

1) Any and all artwork purchased from me will be Glazed + Nightshaded at the highest render quality before it gets sent to the customer.2) Removing this measure will have a cost of 1000 USD + commercial rate fee + 200% initial order price markup.
(Ex: 200 USD order will cost 1750 USD if customer requests no Glaze).3) This is not negotiable.

Will draw the following:

• Feral.
• Anthro.
• Human and humanoids.
• Gore, blood and violence.
• Fanart.
• Gay, straight, lesbian, bi pairings.
• OCxCanon and selfships/yumeships.
• My OCs with yours or my OCs for you.
• Fictional drugs (like spice melange, from Dune).
• Reference sheets.
• Femboys.
• Nature landscapes.
• Children and younger characters.
• Pregnancy (in non sexual and no M-Preg scenarios).
• Comic/manga pages.
• Vent art.And more, just ask and I will tell you if I can draw it or not.

Will not draw the following:

• Real people (cosplayers, actors, streamers, idols, artists, youtubers, random people, if they are real I'm not drawing them).
• Real minors.
• Complex armor.
• Mech and robots.
• Detailed weaponry.
• Urban landscapes, house interiors complex geometry.
• Micro/Macro or hyper.
• Overly exaggerated anatomy (I like to keep my proportions within the realm of reality).
• Extreme size differences (exaggeration in general).
• Transgender NSFW.
• Hate art.
• Politics.
• Transformation.
• Genderbent canon characters or ethnicity/body type swaps.
• Logotypes (I'm not a graphic designer).Anyone trying to push past these (or any) limits is directly trying to violate my personal boundaries and communication will cease immediately.

Normal commissions are subject to discounts for Ko-Fi supporters, please check my Ko-Fi memberships for info on perks!

Sketches

Colored sketches, rough lineart with effects or gradient and semi-polished anatomy. Rough shading, lightning and enviromental effects. rendering style can vary slightly (hard, soft, mixed).

Lineart

Polished lineart with applied effects or gradient.

Flat Color

Flat colored picture, includes polished lineart with effects and gradients, minimal shading or effects on the image.

Full Render

Full rendered pieces in anime style, mostly Boruto/Naruto style but can vary, mostly hard shaded but depending on the character or franchise this may vary slightly (non Naruto/Boruto characters might be drawn in a more personal style that does not attempt to emulate the series, for example, but quality will always be similar).
This includes: Polished lineart with effects or gradient, enviromental lights or effects, full shading, gradients & details.

Experimental / Surprise Me

Experimental pieces will be priced as full renders (unless otherwise stated by the artist) and the customer gets to choose the camera cut (icon, half body, full body), scene, and number of characters. Customer can choose to not to receive WIPs for these pieces, granting the artist (me) full artistic liberty, and by choosing this, the customer also acknowledges & accepts that there will be NO corrections done to the piece once delivered and no refunds of any type will be granted.

Customer Reward Program

The Reward Program or Customer Loyalty Program is intended to reward frequent customers for their support.Through this program the customer can earn free art simply by purchasing art of any value and earning stickers that can be redeemed for rewards once the required sticker amount has been accumulated.How to qualify?There's two ways:1- Be a Ko-Fi subscriber from tier "You Go!" and above and purchase any commission from me.2- Purchase at least two commissions of any value and type from me and accept to enroll in the program.How does it work?Once you enter the program you will receive a blank sticker sheet as shown above.Each time you purchase a commission you will earn a sticker that will be added to your sheet.The sheet contains two rows with one reward each. Once you complete a row you can claim the prize for that row.The card resets once filled and after all prizes have been redemed and you can complete it all over again.There is no minimum amount to spend, you can purchase any commission of any value to earn a sticker once you have entered the program, likewise there's no minimum amount to spend to enter, the only purchase requeriment is to acquire at least 2 commissions of any value and type.Important:Each prize is limited to one single character only.You can't accumulate more than two unclaimed prizes at the same time (or one full reward card).If you don't redeem your prizes you won't be able to accumulate any more stickers until you do.Lost stickers will not be retroactively added to your card even after prizes have been redeemed, so please don't forget to claim them to keep earning stickers!Prizes have lower priority than commissions and will be worked on at a slower rate depending on my queue.
